About Us

Our team is made up of four Mass Communications students from Texas State
University. Our love of music has brought us together for a common goal: to
show the community of San Marcos the gem that is Fire Station Studios. We believe
that this audio recording studio is a great tool for local musicians to take advantage
of. Check out our blog for more updates and information about Fire Station Studios.

Hi! I'm Kayla Scroggs, a 21-year-old junior at Texas State University. Due to my love of music, I have decided to persue a degree in Electronic Media with a minor in Popular Culture. I will graduate in spring 2013 and my goal is to someday work in radio. But, as long as my future career involves music, I will be happy.

This is me, Steven, in front of my cover art wall in my apartment. While music is not as big a part of my life as my fellow project team members, I do love it. I am a 23-year-old senior at Texas State University. I am studying advertising with a business minor. When I finish school at Texas State I hope to either stay in Texas or move to the Florida coast.

This is me, Trinidad, just months after I got my first bass guitar when I was 13. Music has always been a huge part of my life. Now I am a 22-year-old senior at Texas State University. I am an Electronic media major with a minor in media studies. I still love music and hope to some day still be involved with the music community wherever I end up.

My name is Tiffany Cinco. I am a junior mass communication major with an emphasis on electronic media. I recently moved from Houston to San Marcos. I have a love for music and film, and hope to one day work in a production studio.
